We got a new puppy! I know, I know, those of you who know us personally know that the LAST THING WE NEED IS A PUPPY; but how could anyone resist this sweet face...
(Daddy wasn't with us when we got her. He would have been the only one resisting.)

It was another beautiful day, so I decided to vacuum the pool. The kids were all begging to go in even though the water is only 65 and is not quite *chemically correct.* I caved and let them go in, thinking they would get to cold and get out in a matter of minutes. Boy was I wrong. They played in there for well over two hours. They had a good time despite their blue lips afterward.
It's been three nights now that Shay has been in a big-boy bed. He wasn't too sure at first, but now he loves it. Here he is on his first night.

OH Carla! How precious Harlee is and how sweet is Shay sleeping in his Big Boy Bed! I hope he keeps it up! That is fantastic! The kids are adorable in the pool. It's still too cold here, but we are hoping it gets warmer soon!

I took my Adoption mag to read on the airplane to Guat. As soon as I saw the pics I recognized Shay. What a cute cute picture!! He's a super star for sure!!

I love the puppy and his name! is he a yellow lab? That's what we have and she is the sweetest most loyal dog.
Oh Carla there is so much that I love in this post. I adore your new puppy!! What a little love bug drinking from the sippy cup...lol. It looks like you guys had a great time in the pool! How fun?!?! And last but not least, that sweet sleeping pose that Shay is in! Loggie sleeps like that sometimes and I adore it!!

I can't believe your kids are in the pool already--it was 42 degrees here yesterday!! I'm getting ready to pull out my winter coat. brrrr....
